Destiny 1 is it still alive?
I was wondering if Destiny 1 is still up and running after all this time, is it still playable?

Bungie made a mistake on not recognizing the fan base envolving Destiny 1. I speak on behalf of thousands when I say that they ruined the game with Destiny 2. Bring back trails and the banners of Osiris to the "Best" and original game please!!!!

My hunter looks so cool with the glows etc. Other than that I would say not really. Took me about 20 minutes to get a game of control if your fancying PvP. The game just doesn’t progress if you have everything now so feels very stale and outdated. In no way am I saying keep playing D2 now. If Im honest I would suggest playing a different franchise and supporting better companies.

D1 is very much alive, still. When Bungie took away the older LFG, it made finding groups harder. Luckily the great people over at The Last Destiny City have stepped up and built an amazing Discord server for D1'ers. https://discord.gg/EbSnneQ

It no longer has Trials or Iron Banner but other than that it's still very much alive and playable.

1 Replyon XBOX 1 and even xbox 360, I see people in the game all the time. It is fully playable. Not sure about matchmaking as to how long it takes to find a fireteam.

1 ReplyIt's running. I don't know that "alive" is how I would describe it. I've tried playing it a few times and the matchmaking times for everything is horrendous. That's on PS4 for what it's worth.
