Hi there! You should be able to redeem the code by going to your Redemption History. There should be a Redeem button next to the code. Redeem it, then you should be able to see the emblem in your General section.

Please note that there are specific needs for each emblem that are noted on this contact form. Please be sure to provide the relevant information in the form before sending it.   • Up until 19th August players could redeem Septenary Encryption and their code history would show it as Pending but it would still appear in their collections/flair/general to use. Since 20th August when you redeem Septenary Encryption it says Pending BUT NOW IT DOES NOT APPEAR IN YOUR COLLECTIONS, EVER. I think the update broke something with Septenary Encryption. Please stop telling people to fill out your missing emblem form, ITS A BUG CAUSING THEIR PROBLEM AND NEEDS FIXING BY BUNGIE.

  • Not yet, I submitted a support ticket to BungieStore since this is technically a BungieStore emblem, and they basically told me to just use Bungie.net resources to see if I can solve my problem. Next thing I'm going to do is submit a Missing Emblem contact form through the first link that Dante sent and see if I can get it sorted through there.

As am having same issue where Emblem is showing as pending on the redemption history.

  • I sent in a Missing Emblem contact form less than 24 hours ago and have since gotten a reply saying: "You should no longer have this issue and should be able to find this emblem in your Collections>Flair>General section." I couldn't find the emblem in-game, but I checked my Redemption History page and I saw that there was finally a "Redeem" button for my Septenary Encryption emblem. I clicked the button and successfully redeemed my emblem, and now have it in-game. Here is the link for the contact form I used if anybody else wants to get their issue resolved: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=49401 You'll want to click the small white "Contact Us" button at the bottom-left of the page to create and submit a form. I classified my emblem as a Bungie Store Order, and said that I already contacted Bungie Store Customer Service (Which is true, but the response they provided just redirected me to Bungie.net, so I think you'd be okay with not sending them a contact form to avoid unnecessarily using their system). In the additional information category, I basically just copy-pasted the first two sentences of my original post. It's obvious that this is a server-side issue that Bungie needs to tackle, but until then if you want to get your emblem just follow the directions I listed above.

  • Ye I sent in a ticket they still haven’t responded.this bug appears to affect a lot of people with the sane emblem
