I have a few questions:
1). What about the exotics for Scourge of the Past and Crown of Sorrow? Will they be unobtainable for as long as their raids are vaulted?
2). What if you have the catalyst for say Outbreak Prime, and have the Zero Hour step completed, but not the precision kills? Will we be unable to complete the catalyst, or will we still be able to complete it?
3). What if we are currently on a quest for an Exotic an don’t finish it before Nov 10? Will that mean we would have to restart from the very beginning with a new quest, or will we leave off at a similar progress in a new quest?

Anarchy and Tarrabah will both be available from the new memorial kiosk. I believe as long as the source of the Catalyst objective is still available like the example you gave of precision kills, you can still complete that part. If you don't complete the quest by the end of the season you will have to get the Exotic from the memorial kiosk instead.

Just remember Cozmo some players had to farm there Ass off for those 2 exotics. They should be turned into Raid exotic quests for the new beyond light Raid then. I could get behind that. Please don't make them a Free Handout 😏

Edited by Spawn: 8/20/2020 11:00:37 PM1. Bungie has mentioned that Exotics from Raids that are going into the DCV will have an alternate acquisition path. Though, to my knowledge there is no “date” on when those will be available. 2. From what Bungie wrote here, you need to have it completed and equipped on your weapon before S12 hits. 3. If you don’t complete an exotic quest that is getting vaulted on Nov 10th, then you will need to acquire it via whatever the new path is.

Edited by 123TheCloop: 8/21/2020 3:46:07 AMand this wasnt a priority during the entire year you lot worked on beyond light.........???? why is it now your only just deciding 'what to do with these exotics' why was this not done along side DLC production to make a smooth transition over, why are catalysts not being added to the Kiosk along side these exotics? seriously all of this SHOULD HAVE BEEN thought out along side the DLC production team, because you easily could have reintroduced these either into the loot pool, strike pool etc. whatever but no you just decide to take the lazy route out and decide to go f**k it we will decide later 'when we see fit'
