Seriously. Why is this still a thing? Will it ever be fixed? It’s been totally broken for months on end.

cant believe its been a thing since d1 and is much worse in d2. Like we already know they don't play the game with reveal streams. But if they did they'd actually play they'd learn that there's 1000's of game issues ignored. d1's beta! But hey anything that cuts grind or helps the player or jeopardizes tess instant hot fix. Quality of life changes are few and far between and this change would drastically benefit it.

I can not fathom how many time I have gone for the the SG melee kill to lunge foward, hit the guy, deal zero melee damage. & as we all know this likely resulted in our deaths when it should have been a situation where we likely would have taken no damage.

God it drives me insane. Not to mention the low tickrate of the game causing such a buffer for them causing too many trades. It's so frustrating getting short stops and whiffs and then trading when you shouldn't once it does register

6 RepliesYep melee registration has been broken FOREVER and there’s been no mention of fixing it whatsoever. Same thing with Sentinels hit detection, which is so bad the subclass is damn near unplayable.

Peer 2 Peer Servers is the problem. If we had Dedicated servers we wouldn't have that problem trust me.

1 ReplyIt's super inconsistent. It tracks one second on areas it shouldn't, like behind the player or directly above, no matter how high, and the next something could be directly in front of you and it won't do anything. My last PvP game had some guy shield bash me and visibly miss but still counted as a kill (was on a ledge above him and jumped clear over, while he was still on the ground) and then later that match he was no more than 5 meters away and hit me with another and it did nothing but push me backwards. More and more issues keep building up

2 RepliesI’d imagine this is mostly a Titan problem considering they have the best melee abilities in the game. While whiffing clearly landed melee hits is just plain dumb so is having to get punished with a one hit melee ability when no other class has that.
