Migrated my account from battlenet a while back and just decided to return. Logged in today to find all of the items I didn't have on my character or in my vault had disappeared from my collection. So I am missing almost all of my exotic items. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

1 ReplyI appear to be having the same issue. Does your collection by any chance still seem to have a lot of Rare/Uncommon things unlocked? I seem to have an incomplete legendary collection (I have some things, but the absence of the Mida Mini-Tool is telling), and like you, the only exotics unlocked are the ones I had in my bag.

8 RepliesHi there. Please quit the game if you are still logged in and go to the [url=https://www.bungie.net/7/en/PCMove]PC Move page[/url]. Make sure you have the same Blizzard account linked to your profile. If anything didn't transfer the first time your account migrated, you should be able to repeat the process again to transfer what was left behind.

9 RepliesEdited by TheHaraamPolice: 8/20/2020 2:08:39 AMHey there! PC Move overwrites all of your data in replace of your old battle.net account. It only transfers data from battle.net to Steam. If you had an account before the PC Move, that may be why you do not see anything from your collections. Also, if you recently returned to play, anything dismantled before the release of collections were not added. You would have to reobtain them in order for them to be “found”. These would be the possible reasons if I am reading your post correctly. 😄
