I really love the effort you put into this. It looks amazing. But... The current abilities seem too bound together for builds. While I liked the D2 system, freeing things up could mean... Giving spectral that one other really good night stalker perk to break it Combos that break the game Some supers becoming even more irrelevant. I feel like as they add new supers (stasis, maybe more after IDK), they will be more customizable. I think melee and super should be paired, because they really do go together. The other perks should be free. But I like your idea a lot.
