Hey there! You cannot unlink an account without being able to authenticate to it. Bungie will not unlink it for you. You'll need to contact Xbox concerning recovering the account if you wish to gain access to it to unlink it. The only way to unlink the account is to deactivate cross save. You can head over to this article and fill out the contact form at the bottom to request that Bungie deactivates it. Even if Bungie chooses to deactivate cross save, that Xbox account will still be linked to your Bungie.net profile. Once you recover your account, you need to sign into a different account to unlink your Xbox account. If that account cannot be recovered, you will need to make a new Bungie.net account if you want to cross save again. All emblems tied to your current Bungie.net account will not carry over to your new account.
