Solstice epic armor only 1020 power like blue
Hi. My blue armor was 1020 and after upgrading to epic all are still 1020. But my power is already over 1050 without artifact and my brother got all items with 1050 power. Is this a bug or why did he get max level armor?

UPDATE: Played through with hunter and titan and both had their gear sets level to match my light level, so only my warlock was unable to progress levels

Had the same problem, my son and I ran and finished the 1st set, his scaled to 1051 mine stayed at 1020 after i meditated

Indeed, others have had the same issue while some have not, bug probably but I have not seen any bungie response as of late.
