Completed GoS, solved 7 puzzles, did not receive Divinity
As the title states, I had completed Garden of Salvation tonight and we solved all 7 puzzles. Clan mate received Divinity, however, I did not and the quest item (Divine Fragmentation) remains in my inventory. I believe I had looted both chests as well. Please advise. Thank you!

Edited by Pappa Jambi: 8/16/2020 12:21:06 AMIf the puzzle was active and you looted both chests, then it seems to be a bug that people are encountering. As long as you are indeed on the correct quest step, the only thing you can do is get into another Divinity run and try again.

Was it done in one run? It will not complete if you left at any time during the run. Any of the checkpoints will not keep the puzzles solved. If you did leave and then come back then you would have to complete the seven puzzles again to be able to get divinity at the end of the raid.

Edited by Dopefriik: 8/14/2020 7:11:22 AMIf you were on the last step and did open the additional chest, then you were just really unlucky and will need to do it again. It should have dropped, but this isn’t a unique issue. Unfortunately nothing else can be done.
