The Seething Heart not dropping

Twice now my team has killed the Ascendant Primeval Servitor, but it didn't drop The Seething Heart either time. Is this bugged? Shouldn't I get it automatically? Thanks!

When the spawn rates for the Ascendant Servitor were increased, the Seething Heart was changed from a guaranteed drop to RNG.

Some time ago, they increased the appearance rate of the servitor to about 20%, and then changed the Seething Heart to a random drop.
