You really think Bungie gives a damn about any of the complaints from the community? The only real support you might see is from their Twitter account, if you're lucky to get a response. Unless you're a large Twitch streamer or YouTuber, you're not getting any help. They used to allow you to submit tickets, but that's now gone. Why you might ask? They just don't care. Their new focus is on a new game they're releasing. Quite honestly, you and everyone else with issues should just delete the game and find something else worth playing instead of padding their pockets. I just deleted the game, and quite honestly, I hope Bungie deletes my -blam!- account from their servers.

It's Bungie, I have searched for the same thing. Instead of making it easy to report bugs, issues with the game, etc. they jsut ignore it.

hey ive just did cross save on destiny 2 but i choose my steam account as primary instead of my ps4 account is there anyway to change so i can use my ps4 characters as primary?

Bungie doesn't do support tickets. They just force you to post on the help forums and 999/1000 times you get ignored.

Battlenet had to refund thousands of customers when D2 launched on pc. People who's game wouldn't work/launch couldn't contact bungie, so they contacted battlenet, who said to contact bungie. 'we cant' everyone said. Battlenet looked into it, realised they couldn't do refunded people.
