For everyone saying the postmaster is not a vault , you are correct. Then their should be no limit on any material being held, and should be able to be put into your vault. Shards and prisms should not be capped, and should be able to be put into the vault.

So any armor, that's on you. But , having limits on materials you are able to hold is on bungie. Why should you only be able to hold 10 shards , or 50 prisms. How does the amount of shards or prisms effect the game.

The only thing the postmaster needs is a space warning no matter where you are in the system. Blues just need an autodismantle option or simply not go to the postmaster (whichever is easiest to code).

You started Contact with 7 engrams, knowing that Contact drops a lot of engrams. Where did you expect them to go?

Clear out 3 spots for each slot. After activities, delete Items and repeat.

Pro gamer tip: Clear out your post master.

Postmaster is not a personal vault.

Maybe it should overfill legendary and Exotics and full stacks of materials to the vault

I can count on one hand the amount of times I've lost something in the post master, in 6 years.

Yeah this is more a you problem. If you care about your inventory in the postmaster, then you have come up with an algorithm to make trips to the tower and clean up your postmaster. Instead you are here asking for a solution so you can be more lazier about that.
