Progress Boost dosen't work if your first character is a titan

This issue has been resolved. Players will now receive the correct progression multipliers when completing Magnificent Solstice armor sets across multiple characters. All classes will also have their progression multiplied for objectives on the Renewed Solstice armor set. https://twitter.com/BungieHelp/status/1294035977934004224

Same for me. Started with titan, now didn't get any progress boost on my Warlock. I think the whole progress boost is bugged. Some of my clan members did get the double boost for the 2nd character even if the first char only got the majestic armor. Dmg_04 tweeted you get the boost if you reach magnificent armor on your first character. But if you don't start with titan first you will already get the boost if you got your majestic armor.
