A laundry list of tasks a mile long, weeks of my time, all for armor with low stats (sub 60) and the wrong stat distributions...and essentially worse armor than I can randomly get from the recaster...sounds tempting...🤔

It’s not going to take weeks. Not to mention, stats are pretty pointless when you can just get ornament versions.

No one has gotten the final set yet. It doesn't come out until trials is available but if it does have stats less than 60 that'd be pretty crappy.

Edited by GeekCred: 8/12/2020 8:19:28 PMActually, I believe once you finish the majestic set it goes from sub 60 to like 61-62. But that's still lower than what you can get elsewhere for far less effort. The magnificent set would have to be higher than 66 to make this exercise even worth considering (I just doubt it will be).

If thats true than it definitely isn't worth grinding the full set. Let's hope we get something better. I'm gonna grind atleast one set through the weekend and can update you if you'd like. There will probably be posts about it too so. Don't take it too seriously. 4 weeks in this event, so if you play just through on armor and do it that way.

Yeah, I'll probably mess around in the EAZ but not really grind for anything.

Sure thing. Destiny can be boring af sometimes but good thing for us, there are other great games. Good luck

I get it and agree about the stats but completing a full set takes 1-2 days max. After the first set completed there is a multiplier active that does x2 and x3 to speed up the other characters.

I guess it depends on how much time you have every day, then the magnificent set is another sizable stack of time. I just don't see the point considering what the reward is.
-
Agreed. I'm looking at it more of something to do/chase plus I'm prepping for November so the mats are great.
