Can’t find contact public event for quest on IO or Titan
Can’t find contact public event for In The Face Of Darkness on IO or Titan, am I doing something wrong?

Check your director map for each location first to find out which planet the Contact event can happen on. Once you see the marker (it may be a dark outline or it may be blue-ish), fly-in to that area. Once there, look around until you see the triangle ship in the air (it may take a moment if the event just ended). Once found, you'll see a flag and a beacon point. Activating the beacon point starts the event.

The Contact event now rotates between Io and Titan on a weekly basis. This week it is located in the Rig on Titan
