So I want to get direct bungie response for this thing. I would want to try out using reshade in destiny, which is basically a program that enables various shadering or graphical changes, so game can look little better. It worked for me in many games such as dark souls but I know this game is is different and I am worried that I would get banned from just even turning it on.

People have been banned while using reshasw in the past

1 ReplyUsing any program that modifies the game in any way is subject to a ban. You can try the ban appeal form but you have little hope as you admitted that you broke the games terms and conditions (or Eula).

You won't get a direct response from bungie. Almost everything that manipulates ingame data, engines, renderings get you perma banned so... You shouldn't try it.
