Has anybody else had this issue? I´ve been doing a lot of public events to get the vex offensive quest but no Vex invasions eventt start after doing the public event. I already did 10+ public events to see if it would eventually spawn but nothing so far, I don't know if I'm missing something but every guide on the internet tells me to just do a public event and wait for the event to start, but I keep looking around the moon and no portal shows up.
