It's still there. The bar on the left side? It shows the means to an end quest. I'm all caught up for he most part, so it's empty.

He means how things like the weekly challenge to do the GOS raid and the flashpoint were always on there

It’s empty for everyone. Bungie moved away from it for no good reason.
