GoS Raid jacket return issues. Support via email going no where.

I returned my GoS raid jacket due to it having the badges on the sleeves. When ordering the jacket the website stated there would be no badges if no information was entered. I emailed support, they saw the error and set up an RMA for the jacket. I was surprised I wasn't offered a pre-paid shipping label but I let it slide. However I just received my refund and it's only $163.11. The jacket cost $149.99, shipping is $16.54, taxes are $14.57. Why are you keeping $17.99? That along with the $30 I had to pay to return the jacket means I just spent $48 for nothing. Here is the original email and reply from Bungie: "Hello. I recently received my jacket and it seems I misread the description. I assumed by not typing a name/description for the badge that there would be no badges on the sleeves. It's a nice jacket but I wouldn't wear it with the badges in place. Is there a way to setup and exchange or a refund? It's quite an expensive jacket that I'm not going to wear." Bungie's reply: "Hello ********, Apologies for the confusion. The patches on the sleeves were for if you had a customization added to the jacket. I am not seeing a customization being associated with your order. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience of all of this. Regards, Lauren Bungie Store Customer Service – PMC Fulfillment" Note: I then had to reply two separate times to confirm that yes I can return this jacket, then I had to reply again just to get an RMA. Why didn't this representative simply setup the return with the original or even the second reply? This is the email I am dealing with now: "Hello *******, Unfortunately for voluntary returns, as the lack of a tag was mentioned on the product page, we are unable to refund the shipping of the item but just refund the merchandise for the order. I am so sorry for the confusion. Regards, ​Lauren Bungie Store Customer Service – PMC Fulfillment" Is it me? Am I going crazy? I was going to let this all go but due the ridiculousness of this situation and this representative's replies I have to stand my ground. Refund my shipping and give me $30 in silver or mail me a check. I have the UPS receipt. It's bad enough you changed the color of the jacket after I ordered it.
