If not, where is the rule? thanks.

you mean a sticker on the tv screen?

Bungie doesn’t ban people. Just have something undetectable. If you arent reported nothing is gonna happen to you

How are you doing this? Does it involve any third party application because if so I think it’s 100% bannable and it may even insta ban you when you load in. The rule is roughly bungie can ban you for having any third part aplications that can be see as harmful or used to manipulate D2

Bungie's rules say they can ban you for anything that affects game play, which to them means when you are shooting or moving in PvE or PvP. Since a crosshair where you don't normally get one could help you shoot, it would be a possible ban. They specifically allow macro programs that do things like quickly take multiple screenshots, shard multiple items, etc. But, anything that does any kind of code insertion would be a ban, even if it only does something otherwise permitted.
