My preference would be that if you lose a match, then your next match can't be a join-in-progress. That would keep you from getting of those runs where you lose, then get put into a losing match just as it ends, over and over, but would still allow matches that are short on people to get the teams filled in.

Good idea. Now preach it to Bungie!
-
Obviously, Bungie disagrees with you, they love how the crucible is and have expanded on it!
-
Whether we wanted it or not, we've stepped into a war with the Cabal on Mars. So let's get to taking out their command, one by one. Valus Ta'aurc. From what I can gather he commands the Siege Dancers from an Imperial Land Tank outside of Rubicon. He's well protected, but with the right team, we can punch through those defenses, take this beast out, and break their grip on Freehold

Matches where people leave should be voided and everyone returned to orbit
-
Doesn’t matter if you win or lose, join in progress is dumb no matter what
-
Even though, I agree join in progress shouldn't be happening if possible. But it isn't. Especially, in IB where players leaved within the first 1 min if they think they'd be mercied shortly. Most of the matches would end due to one side completely leaving the match because if one player left and there is no join in progress then that team is screwed and none of the players will stay and try with a clear handicap. Plus Destiny doesn't work on servers, it's P2P, getting errors and connection issues can be outside of your control.

Overwatch solved this years ago, Bungie just sucks.

What are you talking about, iron banner floating in and match ends before you land and your on winning team is a great boost. Literally five tokens some drops and wasting no time.
-
You're -blam!-ing stupid.
-
And that happens what 1 in 100 matches? I've never dropped into a winning banner match. Losing match though...
-
Exactly 😂 who leaves a winning match???
-
No one, he's a -blam!-ing idiot.

That's what I'm wondering
