There is no sane reason why pinnacle gear should drop at your current level unless you have reached 1060 on each piece or whatever number you work with in the future. Just today, two different pinnacles, two different characters. Guess what I got. A power level on a piece of armor matching what I already had on. You know what I didn’t get? Something to raise up the three other lower level pieces. The game is a grind as it is and it’s depressing to do one of the handful of activities specifically built to raise your power level and that activity doesn’t reward you anything useful. I am not saying that game programming is easy, but surely you all have learned over the last half decade how to have the system find the lowest piece of crap you’ve got and up the number a bit.
