Cross Save/Negative Silver

I tried to use cross save to link my xbox account to steam, but I'm unable to authenticate my xbox because I have a negative silver balance. It says that i had refunded silver which dropped my balance to -2300. It told me that i needed to purchase silver to raise my balance to at least 0, so I bought the $20 silver pack which is supposed to give me 2300 silver, just enough to break even; however, when i went back to authenticate my account, the balance was still unchanged. I am unable to play until this issue is resolved.

    Hey there! Can you refresh the browser as well as clearing your cookies? When you go in game, does your silver balance change? When that becomes resolved, I woul recommend that you cross save directly through the app.
