Cross Save/Negative Silver
I tried to use cross save to link my xbox account to steam, but I'm unable to authenticate my xbox because I have a negative silver balance. It says that i had refunded silver which dropped my balance to -2300. It told me that i needed to purchase silver to raise my balance to at least 0, so I bought the $20 silver pack which is supposed to give me 2300 silver, just enough to break even; however, when i went back to authenticate my account, the balance was still unchanged. I am unable to play until this issue is resolved.

Edited by TheHaraamPolice: 8/6/2020 1:44:18 AMHey there! Can you refresh the browser as well as clearing your cookies? When you go in game, does your silver balance change? When that becomes resolved, I woul recommend that you cross save directly through the app.
