Recovering old destiny 1 ps4 character
Hi Bungie,
I recently downloaded Destiny 2 on my Xbox One. I had the original destiny installed on my PS4 when it came out but have since then uninstalled the game years ago. I was wondering if it was possible to recover that character or not. I have bungie accounts for both my Xbox and Ps4.

Hi there. Characters cannot be transferred or merged between accounts or platforms. If you want to play with your Playstation D1 characters, you need to either play D2 on PS4, or start with new characters on Xbox. Alternatively, you can log in on PS4 and complete the import of your characters, then enable Cross Save between your PS4 and Xbox One accounts so you could use the PS4 characters on Xbox.
