Dear Bungie,
This game is supposed to be a looter shooter not some ridiculous platformer. The fact that these jumping challenges are in the game are ridiculous. Then you hide some of the best loot behind them. This game is supposed to be about story, shooting, and looting. Nobody likes these stupid jumping mechanics. Nobody. Video games are supposed to be stress relieving fun, not stress inducing frustration exercises. This is why many people quit playing this game.

I would like there to be far more than just whispers and zero hours, too few puzzle quests, already run 200 times for fun alone (zero hour), even the boxes for the worm, lonely top, I want more of them! .. If you do not submit anything of this kind, I see no incentive to continue playing the game. =D yes google translate xD

Edited by Fools Destiny: 8/3/2020 6:37:16 AMPlease refrain from speaking on my behalf. The jumping puzzles are some of the best content in this game. You disagree, I get it, however please don’t try and speak for everyone else. Oh and by the way if you need a hand with whisper or outbreak perfected let me know. Happy to help a fellow guardian.

Jumping puzzles are one of my favorite things about this game. 🙂
-
They're bad on console because of the poor field of view (I think it's like 60 or something), but on PC where you can go 90 and higher, they aren't that bad.
-
I love the jumping puzzles. Some of the best content is the dungeons and raids they have made. I disagree. Keep making them Bungie. I want more.
-
Disagree. This is part of the identity if the game and part of what makes it unique. If they cause you anxiety and you need to de-stress try some passive entertainment like a romantic comedy or something. Gaming is supposed to be challenging and success is not guaranteed. That is how it means something.
-
Agree... they are simply a way to extend content without actually giving you content.
-
I love the jumping puzzles I want more!!!
-
I love the jumping puzzles. Whisper and Zero Hour are my 2 favorite missions.
-
HARD disagree. Bungies implementation of jumps is fantastic. You say nobody likes them, but actualy the consensus is that missions like zero hour and the whisper are a resounding success. Also, they arent really puzzles. Its basic platforming segments through a linear instanced route.
-
I like them
-
2 RepliesI think your first problem is interpreting the ability to jump as part of a puzzle.

15 RepliesWait till vog comes out.. I used to blade dance across 🤫 now am a Titan main and can’t wait to try it..

4 RepliesEdited by GMDeece7: 8/2/2020 7:44:04 AMYour unfortunately a minority. Zero hour and whisper is considered by 90% of the community to be the best activity in the entire game. Both have its jumping puzzles. Bungie won’t start removing them, as unfortunately for you, more people like them then they don’t (as you can probably see by the fact you have no upvotes). You may just have to find another game, as I guarantee it’s never changing.
-
'This is why many people quit this game'. There are way better reasons for people to quit the game. I never seen someone quit because of jumping puzzles
-
Incorrect. You’re entitled to your opinion but speak for yourself.

Edited by Riven’s No.1 Cookie Baker: 8/2/2020 3:16:11 PMHey, I love jumping puzzles! They’re the most fun part of this game. I’m not the only person who thinks so, either. Just because you suck at platforming doesn’t mean that other people can’t enjoy parkour in destiny.
-
More jumping puzzles they are great fun please and thanks bungo
-
i like jumping puzzle, and you know is hard only the first time with a hunter
-
1 ReplyAre you kidding? The best part of any raid is watching your friends eat it on a jumping puzzle. Jumping Puzzles ARE Destiny.
-
I'm exactly the same, they lean far to heavily on frustrating jumping puzzles almost as much as the over used orb carrying; they have a real hard on for -blam!-ing orb carrying
-
I enjoy them, if you don't like them, that's your problem...
-
Edited by MillionPlayz YT: 8/2/2020 6:02:32 AMGotta disagree with you chief. People left for may reason. -game is too grindy -Doesn’t have the freshness of being a type of game -the bad seasons we have been having Etc But yeah it is definitely not the jump puzzles. Whisper was amazing when it first came out and got me back into Destiny. And I remember the fun chaos that was when Zero Hour was discovered. Honestly they are the things that have brought the community together to try and beat.

Speaking for everyone is a big nono i used to do this and i realised it was wrong but jumping puzzle are fun you might not enjoy it because guess what
You are using strafe jump
Also
they are not hard you just cannot press a button for more then a second
You can say whatever you want about them but they are great there is only 2 side missions that based on jumping puzzle and if you include every raid that got jumping puzzle it counts as 3 encounters / 3 different raids Also
it doesn’t count as a jumping PUZZLE if you know where to go
