It’s a fuc/king fusion that shoots out 3 beams back to back. 3 beams only equals one bullet in the clip, each beam can one tap you, it has a fast charge-up time too with good range... If someone has a roaming super an a guy pulls up with a bastion an they aren’t blocking, best believe you’re getting one shot..

I used Bastion one time, realized it was basically just a shotgun with charge time, and vaulted it immediately. Who gives a darn if it counters supers? Something has to.

Edited by Whopping Dingers: 8/3/2020 8:57:33 AMI always feel like I am the only one using it in the crucible. All you see is autos and shotguns. I really like it because it's great in PvP and PvE. Don't leave home without it. In the crucible it is nice to pair it with point of the stag, because you become a super shutting down machine.

Fusion Rifles punish shorter mid range corner camping. If you have a Shotgun or Sidearm what you want to do is jump/glide straight up so when they come around the corner, they'll have to make a quick adjustment which will skim your legs and then you just Shotgun Melee on the way down or 2 Burst Last Hope melee them. I prefer Sidearms because they have insane air accuracy and you can stop them from following up with a melee while you're in Mid-air and low on health. They wont be able to charge up another Fusion Rifle bolt in time or switch to a different weapon.

No, strong maybe, but not broken by any stretch. Fusions in general require timing, map awareness and proper positioning to avoid getting slide-shotgunned before the shot can charge. Shotguns, for example require none of these things, which is why an argument like this is always going to fall on deaf ears. Just because someone outplayed you with it doesn’t mean it needs adjusted.
