Bought something on bungie day (7/7/2020) and was emailed 2 codes for promotional emblems. One emblem “third mark of the collector” was immediately available in my collections. The second emblem stated I had to wait until the 14th to receive in game. It’s now the 29th and it is still unavailable. The redemption page will not let me reclaim it and I only have one platform (PSN). Please help.
