That’s what Bungie is saying when they fail to strike a balance in the game. Sunsetting is just their way of admitting utter and abject failure. Why try harder when you can just $hit-can everyone else’s efforts?
Screw you, Bungie.

Shadowkeep proves content is hard for them because it was completely terrible. Bungie are incapable of providing a sufficient amount of content, probably why trials gears is 5 years old D1 cut and paste content, why the cosmodrome from 2014 is coming back, why more than half the moon is from D1, why old raids are coming back, why the pre order bonus is a D1 gun and why most of the gear is always reskins. They cannot do it themselves. Why I stopped playing months ago. Bungie made a digital revenue of 300 million last year alone yet destiny runs in servers older than some ancient tombs. They are working on a completely different title with a completely different company and there main studios are working on it while destiny takes the back seat as always. People need to stand back and wake up. Destiny has been falling behind other titles and games for so long but if your on the hamster wheel its impossible to see. If destiny is all your playing no wonder the world has passed you by without noticing. Destiny as a game is ancient. The game plays like D1, a 2014 game.

2 RepliesPerhaps now considering the current world situation and barriers to normal work environments being a thing it could be time to cut them some slack... Either that or you know it's a game; if you're that bothered play something else for a bit and come back later. It's not like they are forcing people to pay just to see if any future balance changes are more to their liking.
