Xbox Authentication Error
I've been trying to log into the companion app and the browser for two weeks with no success. Every time I try it says:
Authentication Error
We were unable to sign you in with your Xbox Live account. Please visit xbox.com and sign in to verify/update your Xbox Live account. This error usually indicates that your Microsoft account has no Xbox Live Gamertag, or that your account must be updated in some way, such as agreeing to an updated terms of use.
I do not know what to do. I've tried resetting cookies, using different browsers, the companion app, all with no luck. I need to sign in for my moments of triumph rewards.
I am currently on my psn, my Gamertag is VONDYSPAYTOWIN.
