Enhancement prisms lost due to postmaster bug

Hi - this past Monday when finishing a strike, I received several blue items that inadvertently knocked out a stack of 45 (if I recall correctly) enhancement prisms from my postmaster. Apparently, items are automatically going to the postmaster that I was unaware of (e.g., shaders, destination materials, etc.). It doesn't seem right to be penalized (via losing 45 enhancement prisms) due to the limited space available to players. Is it possible to receive an account rollback to 07/26/2020 EOD?

Bungie does not restore lost and or deleted items. [quote] Postmaster Once a Social Space has been unlocked, players will gain access to the Postmaster. If an item is not collected before returning to orbit or proceeding to an alternate destination, it will be sent to the Postmaster. Items held by the Postmaster may be lost if not manually retrieved and stored in the Vault. Items are discarded from the Postmaster when accruing over 20 "Lost Items" or deleting a Character. Bungie does not replace in-game items that are lost, or discarded. yeah, there have been a few people recently with the same issue. postmaster is not storage. and yes, we know you can't put shards, cores, etc in vault but for whatever reason, bungie didn't want players hoarding them. using the postmaster as additional storage is never a good idea as you've found out. just have to learn better inventory management. get one of the apps available as they can help reduce trips to the tower quite a bit.

      • Why would you not move the prisms to your vault?
