This is a topic where it has been the toughest and as a Sherpa I have witnessed it all from cussing people out to kicking them arguing over the simplest of things.. isn't lfg to be a learning and patient experience? So many KwTD (know what to do's) what is happening the the Destiny 2 community ever since this raid farming .... and on top of that girl gamers are just being disrespected more and more as days go by and bungie does nothing..

4 RepliesEdited by Sweet Lew 88: 7/26/2020 11:34:01 PMIf I was a female gamer, I'd probably want to find a female clan or find a clan that accepts me as is. Lots of immature gamers out there. A female voice is an easy target. Kwtd is just people wanting to do stuff fast and not wanting to teach. You cant blame them. I just did a dungeon with a guy that is doing it to help others only. I helped 3 people do a raid the other night for the first time. You just need to find the right people that want to help, they are just rare.

18 RepliesThe female gamers can't stand being in raid groups because of little boys. And they mostly stick with there mates because of them children. NO ONE OWES YOU HELP IN LFG we all learned the hard way. Why can't you learn it instead of expecting us to teach and carry you through the raid. If you want to learn it easily PUT YOUR OWN POST UP WITH YOUR OWN REQUIREMENTS. we will teach the newer players the raids whenever we want to.

11 RepliesKWTD isn’t toxic at all. People have every right to want an experienced group to get done a raid in a swift manner. Not everyone has time to sit and teach people the mechanics of the raid.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with only wanting experienced players. If you don't like other people's preferences, make your own group.

and on top of that girl gamers are just being disrespected more and more as days go by and bungie does nothing..
What should bungie do against that? If they harass you ingame you've got to report them, there is nothing more you or bungie can do. And bungie isn't responsible for that.

1 ReplyTop ranked Sherpa here. People are dicks. That’s been true since the VoG of D1. Ive been kicked at the end of boss fights, at the start of boss fights, for trying to calm people down and for being the last person to die. And that’s just in D1. Lfg is just what it implies. A looking for group page. Whether that be a group of pros, or a Sherpa. Most people who post “kwtd” posts want to get it done fast. So they ask for pros. Nothing wrong with that. No need for them to be patient with people. As far as you being disrespected goes. That’s just shitty people being shitty. I don’t doubt that they’re meaner to women, especially on PC, but I literally solo carried 100’s of people to whisper and outbreak and they would be absolute jackasses about it. Not all of them. I’d say 90% were grateful and really nice about it. But the 10% that were rude were extremely rude. Telling me I was sounded like I suck dick, that I’m trash (yes literally while carrying them) or my personal favorite “so do you just have no life or what?” Some dude threaten to beat my ass over saying the sword strat was better for Riven. Hell once I was told I was a narcissistic POS and kicked from EoW because I tried to show people a way through the final jumping puzzle that someone didn’t like. People are just assholes dude. You just gotta find your own to deal with it. My old clan leader was also a top ranked Sherpa and she kept 2 other high ranked players in her game and anytime someone tried to start anything they would just go to town on them. One dude was a top 10 raider and he would literally break down every single thing that player did in the raid that was wrong. Like from their mistakes down to their loadout and the way they moved. It was great.

Personally I find having a sherpa group consisting of four experienced friends or clanmates and one or two lfg to be more manageable and tolerable. Trying to manage a sherpa team of five lfg seems very chaotic now in these days.

5 RepliesPeople are allowed to make post requiring that the players know what to do, they don't have to teach if they don't want to. As far as abuse goes, it doesn't matter if you're a girl or not. People shouldn't be toxic but you can always leave, there is no reason to stay and be abused.
