NAME CENSORED AFTER 7 YEARS....(NOT PARTICIPATING IN BETA)
My name has been changed to asterix after 6 YEARS.
i have never had an issue EVER on steam or bungie with this name. "shhwang"
i am now greeted with ******* when i log into destiny 2.
i am NOT participating in steam beta.
please send help. how ridiculous!

Please revert to a production version of the client to see if it resolves the filtering issue. **edit: looks like they pushed a client update yesterday for production release that updated the July 10th build to a July 23rd build.
