Bungie haven't you fed us enough "SEASONING" this year?

14 RepliesComing soon to "Kitchen Nightmares" with Gordon Ramsay. We visit Bungie in Seattle where the failing Destiny 2 is suffering under a head chef stuck in his ways and deaf to the complaints of customers. The restaurant is staffed by people overtly concerned with virtue signalling and the food is suffering. Customers are turning away and not even a new cookbook can revive their fortunes. Gordon enters the walk in to find a storage facility full of six year old ingredients waiting to be recycled into the tired old menu whose launch has been delayed to November. Will head chef Smith try a new menu or stick to his tired old fashioned ways ?? Find out in November.

1 ReplyEdited by Bumblebee793: 7/28/2020 5:05:45 AMCooking exotic idea: The Daily Bread - Exotic Sidearm. Perk 1 - Hangry - when this gun deals void damage, shots damage the user a bit but deal increased damage. Reloading after a kill while In void mode changes this guns damage type to solar. Perk 2 - Ready to Serve - While this gun deals solar damage kills heal the user and percision kills cause the enemy to explode. When the gun is reloaded its damage type will change to arc for a period and the user will gain increased handling speed, reload speed, and movement speed. The time for this will change depending on how many solar bullets you used. When this effect runs out the gun will return to void. Catalyst - Leftovers - bullets that where unused during solar mode will be saved for the next time your gun deals solar damage, but they cannot be saved more then once. So basically when this gun starts it deals void damage because void is empty and thats what your stomach is. When your hungry it hurts a bit but also makes you want to get food more hence the damage boost. You "feed" the gun by getting a kill and reloading after which the gun will change to solar to represent food fresh outta the oven. After the entire magazine (aka meal) has been consumed it changes to arc because now that you're full you have lots of energy hence the bonus speed. After a bit you'll become hungry again. I was thinking maybe 9 seconds for the arc thing +1 second for each bullet fired. Leftovers is basically like saving your food for later, but after a while saved food goes bad. This is mostly just a gimmick weapon and thought it would be a fun concept.

4 RepliesYou’ll need to buy the cookbook expansion pass if you want to know the quantities used in the recipes. Once you’ve cooked all the meals, you’ll unlock the triumph that allows you to buy a special commemorative apron so that you can proudly display your complete -blam!-ing consumerist fanboy stupidity.

I'm gonna buy it because I like cooking

1 ReplyHow did they manage to pull the team off of everse new content creation to pull this off? A remarkable fear for a video game publisher lol
-
3 RepliesI heard Vol 2 "THE EXTRA SEASONING" is in the works for the holidays! It's rumored to tackle the more challenging culinary topics such as...... Chapter 2 Deej is going to teach us how to make Kool Aid! Chapter 4 Devs tackle how to open Doritos without ripping the bag! Chapter 6 Cozmo is going to show us how to administer first aid after burning your face off after biting into a Hot Pocket that wasn't allowed ample time to cool before you ate it! Chapter 12 Luke Smith himself is going to give us his top 5 picks to treat acid reflux and excessive gas! I'm so excited!

I ordered the book earlier today. I'm not expecting anything Martha Stewart noteworthy, but cooking is one of my past times; it's fun. Plus I'm surrounded by fast food giants; literally three McDonald's in my town as small as it is.
-
Lol fed us enough crap for sure lol
-
It's optional.

So many people mad about a cook book lol. You really think they're allocating resources away from the game to make it?
