Getting around waiting 90 days? (Cross save)
Hey, I didnt select the right profile for cross save, so I deactivated it and went to activate another one. However, im stuck at 90 days now...so is there a way around this or do I just wait 3 months to not play the game again?

This is actually the worst policy ever bro I just got back into the game and now I am forced to wait 90 days because I wanted to unlink the wrong steam account, pls do something abt it im feining to play and its so annoying

18 RepliesThe 90-day lockout is a security measure to help prevent fraud and activities that could compromise a player's account(s). There are no exceptions. But if you have linked the incorrect account, unfortunately you had no choice but to disable it and wait these 90 days.

To anyone reading this, if you want to play the Destiny 2 expansions available in Game Pass for PC but you linked the wrong Xbox account to your Steam account (and all your progress is in the Steam one), just go to the Xbox where the right (the one with Gamepass) and wrong accounts (the one that you linked to your Bungie/Steam account but doesn't have Gamepass) are, log into the xbox with the right account, go to settings, then mark the Xbox as your home Xbox which will share the gamepass between the accounts. Afterwards, go to the Xbox app on your PC with the right account, install all the expansions, log out, log into the Microsoft Store app with the wrong account, click Play. After pressing Enter on the Destiny 2 start screen, make sure a pop up appears asking whether it is with this account (make sure it is the one connected to Bungie/Steam) that you wish to use. Press 'yes'.
