Legend of Acrius quest Cabal Killer not working

Hello everyone...I saw that I got the quest for the Acrius Catalyst and tried to do it...But whenever I kill Cabals...On earth or whatever planet...My quest counts it's at 0 for all 3 requirements...I delete the quest and took it again...Took new Legend of Acrius from Collection...but still, doesn't work...Is there a bug or I'm doing something wrong? Can someone help me pls?

This is the quest to obtain the legend of acrius. Is this on a different character that hasn’t completed that quest yet? This quest can only be completed with the quest version of the acrius which is obtained from Benedict.
