Going for World Record on Legend of Acrius farm
We all know the RNG drop rate is terrible but it is especially bad for weapon catalyst. Bungie knows this but they do not care they only care when Bright Engrams drop to much from the Contenders Shell (they nerf that real quick). So lets make a game of it and go for some Guinness World Records. I have farmed the Legend of Acrius Catalyst at the Castellum 122 times and counting without getting it. I can back all this up with dates and times and Bungie can back it up as well if they look at my history.
July 11---29 times
July 12---32 times
July 13---7 times
July 14---10 times
July 15---20 times
July 16---13 times
July 17---1 time
July 19---10 times
Everytime I farm I will give a new update.
Now if you have been farming anything and have the dates and times to back it up feel free to post and let us see if we can get some world records going.

1 ReplyWhat is the point of this post? Are you complaining that the catalyst they said will not drop is not dropping? Even if we go by your anecdotal evidence of the sky burner catalyst are expecting them to fix the drop rate of what they say should not be dropping?

UPDATE I farmed 8 more time on July 19 for a total now of 130. Now for all those who say Dmg tweeted you can not farm catalyst let us go over some history. Remember when Bungie said Guided Games was gonna change things well we see how that turned out. Remember how the Infinite Forest was the greatest thing. Remember how 60fps was to much for console. Remember Shadowkeep was a September release but it was not. Remember Izanagi's Burden quest (which was bugged for months) was finally fixed but it wasn't it took another patch to finally fix it. Remember New Light was supposed to release September 22 but noit is not. Remember the new software was supposed to curb cheating in the Crucible that has worked out real good. Now you can take everything Bungie says as gospel but not me cause frankly I'm starting to get sick of it. So from now on when I farm and somebody after their 3rd try on the same character gets a catalyst I am going to list them because according to Bungie it should not of happened. Today on his 6th try as the same character i7amood7 got the Skyburners Oath catalyst. Now I do not know him I randomly joined a LFG with no mic so I did not talk to him. We are on PSN so message him and ask if he he got the Skyburners Oath on his 6th try with the same character and ask him how he got it even though Bungie says he can't.

When they made the raids farmable. They did not make the catalyst farmable
