Make Extended Boxed Breathing a weapon mod
Everyone want Bungie to re-buff Box Breathing and I think this would be the way to do it. This way you will be giving something up in order to gain Box Breathing's full potential.

3 RepliesEdited by Docyx13: 7/22/2020 3:01:04 PMI'm a big fan of more mods to buff buffs so to speak. Rampage spec, dragonfly spec, and surrounded spec should be just the beginning. Boxed breathing spec would be cool along with like a Subsistence spec to increase ammo gains, a trench barrel spec to give one additional shot, a slideshot spec for two rounds reloaded instead of one, unrelenting spec to double the stacks for more consistency, etc. As it stands I only use anti-champion mods, rampage spec, backup mag, and targeting adjuster. Make weapon mods great again. Also, side note, add more champion mods to armor like unstoppable pulse! Side note two, buff DARCI since it basically gets regular boxed breathing and does the damage of a rapid fire frame.

7 RepliesSo... what's Whisper going to get in exchange? The poor gun has been nerfed several times. Now it'll be obsolete if a legendary special sniper can get a persistent box breathing buff.

2 RepliesBox breathing use to be different before whisper was brought back to the game. Box breathing use to be once it is activated it’s activated till you descope. But after whisper was brought back and it made every other sniper rifle absolute white nail breathing or whisper breathing or what ever the unique perk for whisper is called when it was messed with so was box breathing. That’s the reason whispers triple tap perk was made to be the same as the normal triple tap so whisper was equal to all the sniper rifles now.

I'd rather they just buff box breathing. Mods like this and ramage spec, surrounded spec etc. Are all really boring. "Gee I wonder what mod I should put on Oxygen SR3? Oh there's a mod that just makes it better? Guess I'll pick that one."

Would like to see box breathing stun champions. Even if not a full stun, flich them and suppress their ability spam for a second
