Skye walks in. She still has her crutch, but she seems to be relying on it less. She approaches the bar and sits at a stool. Her eyes glance up at the sign on the wall curiously.

*Dally sees Skye and heads on over!* “Hey!! How’re you doing?”
-
Skye looks up from her food and beams. “Dally, hi! I’m doing all right, thanks. How are you?” She shuffles in her seat expectantly.
-
“I’m doing amazingly! Look!” *She holds out her left hand, the silver ring she made is on her ring finger!*
-
Her eyes widen, and her smile brightens more. “He said yes?!”
-
“Yup!!!” *Dally beams from ear to ear!*
-
“That’s awesome!” She exclaims. “Dally, I’m so happy for you! Did you ask right when we got back? How long has it been, now? Two weeks?”
-
“Yeah! The moment I got home I went and asked, it’s been the best two weeks of my life!”
-
“That’s so great! Dang... these two weeks just seemed to fly by,” she says, still extremely happy for Dally, just a little overwhelmed by how fast time can be.
-
“It’s been really quick, but it’s been an amazing couple weeks.”
-
“I can only imagine! That’s—I don’t know what to say! That’s awesome!”
-
“Yup!” “And if everything goes according to plan the rest of my life will be like this!”
-
“I really hope so. And he sounds like a great person, too.”
-
“Yeah!” *Dal realizes she’s been focused on herself.* “Oh, I haven’t even asked you how you’ve been! How’re you doing?”
-
Skye chuckles a little, remembering that Dally had indeed asked how she was doing when she came. “I’m doing all right. It doesn’t hurt to breathe as much, and I’m still working on my equipment... especially my bow.”
-
“Oh, I still have to get you those components don’t I?”
-
“Oh, yes... I gave you the list, right?”
-
“Yeah, hold up and I’ll grab em!” *Dally leaves for a minute and comes back with a bag full of the necessary components!*
-
Skye quickly stands up and reaches to look into the bag. An excited grin grows on her face. “Thank you so much, Dally. This—this will help a lot.”
-
“It’s no biggie! You needed the help!”
-
Going to be a bit before I reply again, got some things to do!
“Well, yes, but...” She sighs. “Fixing my gear is just really important to face my brother again, and I appreciate you helping when you really didn’t have to.”
-
No prob!
“Helping my friends is important to me, this was really the least I could do.”
-
She takes the bag and sets it down on the floor by her stool. “You’ve already done a lot, though, and I still don’t know how I could make up for it.”
-
“You don’t have to make up for it, I’m giving you this as a gift!”
-
She holds up her hands defensively in jest. “Okay, okay, then I don’t know how to show my appreciation with more than just ‘thank you’.”
-
“Well you’re really welcome! If you need any help with anything, I can try to help, but I can’t promise I’ll be great at it.”
