Cross save disable lockout is too long. Reconsider your 90 day period. Was this an arbitrary number? What was the rationale for it being specifically 3 months.?
I've been waiting 35 days now. It's ridiculous. I can't play the game on the account that I want, and by the time it unlocks, I will have 2 weeks to quickly knock out everything I want to do before it all disappears for Beyond Light.
Oh, and now I'm not going to be buying silver every few weeks, either.
Your customer support is too slow. I have not had a reply in 35 days from tickets. Do you even have actual customer support?
I don't care if it's your POLICY that we wait 90 days.
Send some feedback to your management that it needs to be addressed.
In fact, if this isn't resolved for me in the next few days, I will be refunding my 54.99 Beyond Light purchase on Steam and removing Destiny 2 from my account. I have had nothing but stress trying to play this game every step of the way, and all my friends want me to play EVE online instead, so why not.

7 RepliesHey there! Unfortunately, once you deactivate Cross Save, you are not able to re-enable it until after the cooldown expires. There is no exception to this policy. If players disabled their Cross Save for any reason they will have to wait out the 90-day lockout before they can enable Cross Save again. There are no exceptions to this policy. Stating that "you don't care if it's your policy..." doesn't lead you anywhere. As is custom, players playing Destiny or any other Bungie title, or merely using the forum must adhere to every policy - from the Code of Conduct to the legal terms. That's the law. 6 Replies90 days it the minimum time that their team determined to mitigate the risk associated with it. Tickets are answered in the order received and during normal business hours. All you can do is be patient and wait your turn.

2 RepliesThe 90 day lockout was chosen for a reason and that reason is for account security. It's not Bungie's fault you made a mistake setting it up. You can still play on any individual accounts that you hold, you just can't use cross-save until the 90 days is up.
