I cant find my twitch prime loot
I claimed it and it says so on the twitch page. I am certain I have the correct account connected. Ive relogged but its not showing up in collections or at Amanda Holiday and it doesnt show up in the bungie history

6 RepliesHi. Do you share your Amazon Prime account with anyone else? If so, do they play Destiny 2 and do they also sign up for this program? Have you tried logging in and out of the game to see if anything changes? To confirm, you've double-checked that the Gear Drop has been claimed on the Twitch Prime site and that you have an active Amazon Prime account? If you go into your [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/Settings]Bungie account Settings[/url] and click "Accounts & Linking," do you see Twitch Prime at the bottom of the page under the "Authorized Applications" sections? Have you claimed your reward in your [url=https://www.bungie.net/7/en/Codes/Partners]Partner Rewards section[/url]?

5 RepliesI see that you have Cross-Save enabled with your Steam ID and your PSN ID. Which platform are you currently playing on that you don't see it, and which platform did you originally log in with when you set up the Twitch Prime link to your Destiny 2 information? If you're playing on the Playstation 4 but you logged in with your Steam ID when setting it up, then your Twitch Prime rewards would end up only being available to you by logging in on Steam because it's the ID that was associated with the link. The reverse is true if you're playing on Steam but you logged in with your PSN ID when setting it up; it'll only be available if you log in on the PS4. Can you please check your alternative platform to see if Amanda has it available for you there?
