I created a new character just to customize a specific race, I went through all the New Light intro stuff, and picked up all the quests in the tower from everyone. Now, for some reason, on a different character, the “In the Face of Darkness” quest is in my quest log, even though I completed it a long time ago. Last week it said to go to the recaster to claim my reward, but when I would, no matter how many times I pressed “accept” nothing would happen. This week, I was able to get a reward from the recaster for it, but I still have the quest, and it’s telling me to complete the “Means to an End” quest, but I can’t get it from the recaster.
