This isn't the first time this has happened either. But what is the point of saying "We're breaking up those teams" if you're just gonna put me up against the exact same team repeatedly? I was queuing with one other friend we continuously got different teammates on our side so I really don't understand how we got the same opponents so many times.
It's a pity that this games PvP scene is so horrid. I started playing this game about 4 months ago really had fun with Forsaken and Shadowkeep. But Beyond Light is sadly not on the cards for me anymore if I have to leave the game frustrated every other night because of this trash matchmaking and plethora of cheaters. I'd rather go back to CS:GO where matchmaking and anti-cheat at least work.
Thanks for the torrid experience Bungie

Suck that what you said was false. Unlucky
-
Get wreckkkkkkkkkkd
-
You can stop queuing when you see you’re matched with a stack
-
Everyone hates it but its a fact of life in PvP, the easiest way as other people have suggested is take a break and hopefully it will not recur. It appears to be happening more with the adoption of CBMM. I am a rubbish PvP player(look at the stats) but I am surviving in the new CBMM world and getting the pinnacles as needed for progress.

4 RepliesI know it sucks man but solo queuing into control or iron banner has pretty always been a death wish, though I agree people should drop the meta and not be so toxic but bungie can’t punish 6 friends for playing with each other like said it sucks and I definitely agree with your sentiment on the issue but it’s the sad truth of it

Its probably because they live near by. If there's people I don't want to play against, I wait five minutes so they get matched up with other people. Then start matchmaking up again and play new people. It works pretty good.

Did a cursory check and while you did meet up with the same squad a couple times(this even happened in SBMM as well). It wasn’t 5 times so you kind of embellished a bit on the facts.

8 RepliesLooking at your game history this seems to be a complete and total lie.

5 RepliesI don’t know maybe not go right back in? Take a two minute break? Fly to tower? Anything!

When did this happen?
-
Stacks in general aren't too much of a problem, but sweaty K/D farming stacks in 6v6 are massively annoying.
-
Stack them back!
-
3 RepliesJust ban the stacks. Completely. They break the CBMM. Other than that, CBMM is much better than that so called "SBMM".
-
1 ReplyJust form your own fireteam, Practice your teamwork and simply put just get good.
-
Get a team.
-
More fool you for actually staying in every one of those matches.
-
Get gud.
