First, after claiming the reward you need to log out of Destiny 2 and log back in. Second, the emblems are glitched in that the emblem for having 12,500 Triumph score is actually rewarded for the 50K and the 50K emblem is awarded when claiming the 12.5K reward. Third, the names the emblems have in-game are not the same names listed on the Rewards page. So Eclipse Sunset = Eclipsed Void and Sunset = Savior in the game. For your triumph you were supposed to receive Sunset/Savior; but instead you were awarded Eclipse Sunset/Eclipsed Void. You can find the new emblem by pulling up your character screen, tab to the left to Collections, then select Flair, then Emblems, then from the vertical list of emblem categories select General. It should be at or near the end of your General emblems. I currently can see the Eclipsed Void emblem unlocked in your Collections so I know the redemption processed successfully other than the glitch with the two rewards in-game being swapped from what is indicated on the Rewards page.
