Hi,
I recently purchased 2x Pride Pins from your US store to my home in the UK. This is not the first time i have purchased something from the US Bungie Store. The total cost of the 2 pins was $29.98 and delivery was $6.15.
The customers charge was £13.26.
This seems very excessive for a parcel of this size and value. I wanted to get your thoughts on this and let me know if you think there has been a mistake somewhere as the parcel doesnt say anything about paying customs at all. Also, i paid a delivery charge which should have included all charges for getting the parcel to me. I'm really not happy with paying charges after the item has been purchased and sent. All charges should be upfront.
Please let me know your thoughts.

2 RepliesAllo there, Unfortunately Bungie has no control over a counties import taxes and charges, that's upto you the buyer to seek information. Most likely you were hit with a VAT charge and if royal mail delivered it they add an 8 quid charge on top of that. If however you think this is wrong you can fill out a form found at the bottom of the link below https://www.gov.uk/goods-sent-from-abroad/tax-and-duty I'd suggest buying from the EU Bungie store, as until we official leave the EU, you won't be charged any extra. I've bought a few items that were in stock and delivered within a week.

2 RepliesEdited by Grammsay: 7/12/2020 9:51:01 AMHowdy! For any questions regarding your purchase from the Bungie Store, please contact them via this link because the Bungie.net forum can't help you with anything related to your purchases as the two things - the forum and the Bungie Store - are two separate things. If you would like to provide your feedback on anything, the #Help forum is not the place to do it, as this forum is here to assist players with their in-game or technical issues or questions. Thanks for your understanding. Regards, Grammsay Edit: As stated on the Bungie Store,
some countries impose an extra duty on incoming purchases as they cross the border. If you’re unsure about whether or not your country has such a duty, you may wish to confirm your country’s import policy before purchasing, as they vary from country to country.
More information can be found here: https://bungiestore.com/pages/shipping
