Good morning, I'm reaching out here as I was never emailed back after 2 weeks when contacting the Bungie Store support. As a new player to Destiny 2, I wanted to get the Forsaken expansion at my friend's recommendation. The day I reached out, now about 2 weeks ago, I purchased the Destiny 2 Forsaken Legendary Collection physical edition for PC while I was out shopping. It seemed like great deal featuring the Forsaken expansion, the Cayde-6 Stash, and Annual Pass, plus I then get to add a physical copy of games I play to my shelf. However, when I got home to input the code, I found out the code was invalid and only redeemable on the retired Blizzard Launcher. I figured I would buy it online instead, but when I went to return my $30 code, I was told that since it was opened I would have to contact the manufacturer as they would not accept the item opened. If anyone, especially from Bungie, can help me I would greatly appreciate it. If this is user error and there is a work around I couldn't find on Google, I would gladly take any pointers. For obvious reasons, I don't want to post a picture of the $30 code, but I can send evidence of receipt of purchase and the code itself if needed. I don't understand why stores would still sell something that has been unusable since the Steam migration, but I just don't want to end up bamboozled out of $30. Thank you in advance for the help!
