With Full Transmog Coming, The Activity Armor Specific Ornaments Need To Become Universal As Well
At the moment, if you want to rock that awesome Titan chest piece with the feathers from season 2 you need to have the Crucible chest piece on. I really hope thats not the case with full transmog. Theres no need to put a useless limitation like that on a system that has visual freedom as its main goal. Thanks!

I've got a feeling we'll need to re-grind everything and the transmog system won't look at anything we''ve collected previously. You know how much Bungie likes to enforce artificial grind and making us grind for stuff we've already had is prime Bungie. Should it work that way? Hell no. Will it? I'd guess it will.

With how bad they are handling the actual game I don't have high hopes for this system, your probably gonna be charged $5-10 dollars in silver per item, our 1 free item a week will be some long dragged out grind which is mind numbly boring in hopes we just buy the damn thing.

GotGalaxy99 you make some valid points and I agree that ever verse should be removed from this game. But Whether we wanted it or not, we’ve stepped into a war with the Cabal on Mars. So let’s get to taking out their command, one by one. Valus Ta’aurc. From what I can gather he commands the Siege Dancers from an Imperial Land Tank outside of Rubicon. He's well protected, but with the right team, we can punch through those defenses, take this beast out, and break their grip on Freehold.

Yes, please. I want them to release more information on what Transmog will be. We already have a collection of armor with some of our ornaments already available in the collection, so what is stopping these ornaments from becoming universal? P.S. Since this applies to our looks I would love more options for faces, hair, and a photography mode for easier ways to show off the work Bungie puts into the beautiful scenery of this game.

Stock up on armor now people as there’s no way in hell Bungie let’s us use our collections. They will make you have an armor 2.0 piece and make you regrind everything, excerpt the vaulted content will be removed.’

Agree with OP 100%. The transmog system needs to be very robust and every piece of armor at every rarity level that we have earned should be available as an ornament. Additionally, Bungie should make a new section in collections called "Legacy Armor" and give us some armor from D1 that we have earned as ornaments. It makes sense for Bungie to do something like this since D2 is a continuation of our Guardians journey, so why not unlock D1 armor as ornaments to reward legacy players and increase the options for creating a very unique Guardian. The original D1 Iron Banner armor was awesome and needs to be in D2 as an ornament!!

I would like to be able to use my iron banner armor transmits on stuff other than iron banner armor. I like last season iron banner armor better anyways I don't know why I can't just get that as a transmog too

Transmog is probably going to be a tedious grind if they are going to offer that in eververse. You will probably have to do the whole armor set and start with the class items - otherwise everyone will just transmog the helmets and body armour. It’s probably going to suck. This was just a carrot to justify expiring armour.

I dont know what they meant by this but I hope it's not what I assume. Basically when they announced full transmog, they also mentioned in order to get them you need to do "special" thing/s or do something like complete a challenege mode. Which is fine, but if most of us have ran raids and done most challenges, do we have to do them all over again? If so that's just bullshii. Look what they did with moment of triumph, they added all the cool stuff beside triumphs so we can farm and beat raids and guarantee us those rewards which is fine. But if I have to regrind and redo a shii ton again just to recieve that gear as ornament than I'm good. I'm trying to minimize my grind with destiny these days, I just want to play for just 1 week. Just have fun, do strikes, maybe few raids, some dungeons and just chill. But if we gonna keep this bounty hunter mode and just do endless feats and bounties, then I'm good, because I'm getting burned out from destiny, even with breaks, I ended up taking more breaks. Just cant take any more of the bullshii

Yeah I don’t wanna have to hope a good ib roll helmet drops for my hunter each season just so I can use my favourite helmet ornament. Even if I have to use a transmog item to change the ib ornament into a universal ornament that’s fine but if not then it’s not really full transmog we have.

That was indeed a kickass Titan chest piece. Limiting IB ornaments to IB armour has been frustrating me for some time too so I hope you get your wish.
