Anyone know why I suddenly don’t have shadow keep?
So for some reason I no longer own Shadowkeep.... I have guns from it and multiple pit completions I even have half completed quests from it

If the eververse store states that you don’t own shadowkeep, you need to Contact Bungie support. They log what content each account has purchased so they will know you’re not lying to them and they may help.

Did you get a new external harddrive, delete the dlc from your harddrive, or transfer your game content to a new harddrive. Check your harddrive and see if the content is there, you may have to redownload.

What platform do you play on you haven switched consoles or platforms have you? I know on Xbox sometimes they corrupt I had to un install then re install and the it worked GL

2 RepliesTry reinstalling yer license for the game or delete the save data and reinstall it. Double check yer store and make sure it says purchased before you delete data and reinstall.
