Cross save I want my characters back
Would there be any way that you guys could make it so I don’t have to wait the 90 days to deactivate my cross save so I can have my characters back

Hi there. It looks like you set up Cross SAve backwards by setting PlayStation as the Active Account rather than Xbox where your characters are. If you wish to request that Bungie switch your Active Account, head over to this article and fill out the contact form at the bottom. [b]Do not disable Cross Save in the meantime![/b] https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=48099 Please note that Bungie goes through these reports in order that they receive them, and only during normal business hours Pacific Time.

If the only issue you are having is that you chose the wrong platform account to be the cross save account, then go to this page and fill out the contact form at the bottom of the page requesting Bungie to swap the cross save account. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=48099

Hey there! If you already linked your accounts during cross save you can request they switch it. Otherwise you have to deactivate it and wait 90 days.
