Sympathetic Arsenal
Why does sympathetic Arsenal not proc Clown Cartridge? Clown Cartridge only states "Reloading this weapon randomly overfills it from reserves". It doesn't state that it needs to be the active weapon and all sympathetic arsenal does is reload the stowed weapons. Curious as if this is a bug or not.
I've tested this with Whispering Slab and False Promises with Sympathetic Arsenal with a Clown Cartridge Interference VI

1 Reply"Reload" is a specific action initiated by the player. The reason this combination doesn't behave like you are suggesting is the same reason Auto-Loading Holster doesn't proc Ambitious Assassin.

Edited by GrundleBeans: 7/11/2020 1:11:50 AMThe wording could be clearer, but Clown Cartridge only activates on [u]manual[/u] reload of the weapon. It's not a passive perk that can be activated by other weapons or while the weapon is stowed. Most perks are like this.
