Prophesy Dungeon Solo Bug
I have completed a solo prophecy dungeon today, fully solo, fireteam on invite only, and it didn't give me the triumph. Now I know I did one thing that might have triggered it to not give me the triumph and that was when I got to the Hexahedron encounter, I went to orbit to go get something to eat. Then went back in and finished the dungeon. Is this a bug or is this intended?

HI there. You must complete the entire dungeon from start to finish without ever leaving, being joined by a teammate, or starting from a checkpoint.
